Can I buy a Primo in the UK?

Thank you for the directions on your website to contact Primo. I have tried this and no reply for nearly a month now. I have also emailed the uS store and no reply. Is it still possible to buy them? With many thanks for your response and best regards George

Hi George,
Many thanks for your enquiry. We've tried to make it easy for anyone who want to buy a Primo to be able to get in touch with the UK distributor to find a retailer so it saddens me when we all go to effort and the distributor fails to deliver. It doesn't give you much confidence in the after sales service and warranty if you ever needed to use it.
I always like wherever possible to promote the specialist independent BBQ stores in the UK because they provide excellent service and knowledgeable staff so that you can get the right product for you.
Two stores that I know sell Primo are:-


All have the capability to ship nationwide and they also offer my personal favourite ceramic (Monolith) so you can compare, contrast and decide which one gives you the best bang for your buck.
