by Themegrillers
(Austria)
Hey ho :))
The weather is getting better, we are getting more motivated -> Result: We're trying something "special"
Quite simply: prepare cordon bleu on the grill
As you can see on the attached pictures :))
Incidentally, it has become quite delicious again (although it certainly has a lot of potential, but it's important to us that it's fun and tasty.) (And we can confirm both 100%)
Ingredient list and recipe
Ingredients:
· 1 piece of pork schnitzel in total, approx. 1.2 kg
· Seasoning mix (rub for pork)
· Salt and pepper
· Cooked ham
· Emmental cheese
· 2 eggs
· Wheat flour
· Semolina crumbs
· Vegetable oil
· (Kitchen yarn)
Recipe:
1. Slice the meat and sprinkle with a meat tenderizer, salt and pepper on one side and season with the rub on the other side.
2. Cover the meat with ham and Emmentaler cheese
3. Roll everything to a roll and tie with kitchen string.
4. Turn the meat into flour, eggs and breadcrumbs and sprinkle with vegetable oil.
