Do you offer a Jalapeno Pepper holder for smoking filled peppers
I've seen Jalapeno pepper holders somewhere, made of stainless steel and has holes in it to hold 16 peppers upright. We core the peppers, mix up a cream cheese blend, over with a piece of bacon and place in the smoker for a few hours.
I'm looking for the holder.

It's taken me a while to find one and the trick is in the search. Rather than using the word holder, tray, basket etc. After many attempts I finally searched for a Jalapeno pepper roaster and I finally found it at Cooking.com although since answering this question the product line has been discontinued.
The roaster is available through Amazon.com
You'll find that some come with a corer included so this might be the deciding factor over which one is for you. Other than that it would appear to be more about the shape of the roaster, how much you want to pay and how many chilies you want to roast at the same time.
Get it ordered now and you'll have it in time for the weekend!
